Star Trek fans, often called Trekkies, take their passion to heart. They find joy and community in the universe of Star Trek. For many, it’s not just a show but a source of inspiration and a way to connect with like-minded people. So, it doesn’t come as a surprise that there’s a Star Trek Day, celebrated every September 8th. This isn’t just any day. It’s a tribute to the day in 1966 when “Star Trek: The Original Series” first aired, introducing us to a universe of diversity, inclusion, and hope.
