We've had a long cold snowy winter, but the payoff is finally here....at least for a couple of days.  Spring-like temperatures in the 60's with sunshine are going to be with us for Monday and Tuesday so we really need to take advantage of them!  Over the weekend, Snowman Ice Cream in Troy opened for the season! Today's going to be an even better day for ice cream!  And today, Jack's Drive In in Wynantskill opens for the season. I would argue they're the best sliders in the Capital Region!  As we move through March, more and more of our favorite places will be opening. Jumpin' Jacks in Scotia will be ready for us on March 27th!  Sure the weather will get chillier again, we may even see some snow, but with the opening of some of our favorite warm weather places, we know the cold will be short-lived and Spring and Summer are right around the corner!
