This iconic "Funny Girl" star is a known name in all theatre-loving households. And whether or not you are fond of musical theatre, we sure bet that you still know who she is...that's right, she's Barbra Streisand!!

Streisand has become a role model to many, endlessly sporting her talents on both Broadway and the big screen. And on Saturday, Feb. 24, Streisand will be honored at the 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award!!! Fans of Streisand are ecstatic about this honor, as the star will be adding this award amongst her already well-earned two Academy Awards, ten Grammys, five Emmy Awards, three Peabody Awards, as well as her Tony Award.

Streisand spoke out on the honor by stating  "“Ever since I was a young girl sitting in the Loew’s Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, I dreamed of being one of those actresses I saw on the screen. The movies were a portal to a world I could only imagine. Even though I was an unlikely candidate, somehow my dream came true. This award is especially meaningful to me because it comes from my fellow actors, whom I so admire.”
